Associate Product Manager
About the role
As an Associate Product Manager at Talentlo, you will help shape the product roadmap for an AI-powered B2B hiring platform. You will work at the intersection of data, design, and engineering to deliver features that transform how businesses hire talent.
Team. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams in a lean startup environment. Your contributions will have a direct and visible impact on the product from day one.

Responsibilities
- Define and document clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that align engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Analyse product usage data using SQL and analytics tools to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritise the backlog and ensure timely, high-quality feature delivery
- Partner with design teams to translate user needs into intuitive product experiences
- Conduct user interviews and competitive research to inform product strategy and roadmap decisions
- Track key product metrics and present data-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional teams
- Identify and resolve blockers across teams to keep product development on schedule
- Support go-to-market efforts by coordinating with sales and marketing on new feature launches
Experience & qualifications
Product Analytics and Product Management
SQL and PRD Development
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Exposure to Agile or Scrum product development methodologies
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS products or marketplace platforms
