• Candidate scoring and ranking
• Hiring workflow management
• Recruitment analytics
• Communication tools
• Subscription-based recruitment services
• Talentlo may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any feature at its sole discretion.

5. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• Protecting login credentials
• All activities conducted through their accounts
• Ensuring account information remains accurate and current
• Talentlo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or incomplete information.

6. Employer Responsibilities

Employers agree to:

• Post lawful and genuine job opportunities
• Provide accurate job descriptions
• Use candidate information solely for recruitment purposes
• Comply with employment and anti-discrimination laws
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate data
• Refrain from charging candidates recruitment fees through the Platform
• Employers are solely responsible for hiring decisions and employment relationships established through Talentlo.

7. Candidate Responsibilities

Candidates agree to:

• Provide truthful information
• Submit authentic qualifications and credentials
• Maintain updated profile information
• Use the Platform only for legitimate professional purposes
• Participate honestly in interviews and assessments
• Candidates are solely responsible for information submitted through the Platform.

8. AI-Powered Features

Talentlo uses artificial intelligence technologies to assist recruitment and evaluation processes.

AI-generated outputs may include:

• Candidate matching recommendations
• Resume evaluations
• Candidate rankings
• Interview assessments
• Hiring insights
• Skill-based analysis
• These outputs are informational and advisory only.
• Talentlo does not guarantee employment opportunities, hiring outcomes, candidate selection, interview success, or accuracy of AI-generated recommendations.
• Final employment decisions remain the sole responsibility of employers.

9. Subscription Plans and Paid Services

Certain features may require payment.

Subscription plans may include:

• Candidate unlock credits
• Premium recruitment tools
• AI interview capabilities
• Advanced analytics
• Enhanced employer features
• All pricing is displayed on the Platform and may be updated periodically.
• Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged where required by law.

10. Payments

By purchasing a subscription or paid feature, users agree:

• To pay all applicable fees
• To provide valid payment information
• To authorize recurring billing where applicable
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of access.

11. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Platform remain the exclusive property of Talentlo Global Private Limited.

This includes:

• Source code
• Algorithms
• AI systems
• Branding
• Logos
• Graphics
• Content
• Platform design
• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell, or license any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

12. User Content

Users retain ownership of content they submit, including resumes, profiles, job descriptions, documents, and communications.

By uploading content, users grant Talentlo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and use such content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

13. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Violate applicable laws
• Upload false or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Interfere with platform operations
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Use automated scraping tools
• Circumvent security measures
• Distribute malware
• Engage in spam or abusive communications
• Misuse candidate or employer information
• Manipulate AI systems or assessment processes
• Talentlo may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

14. Privacy

Collection and processing of personal information are governed by the Talentlo Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, users consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

15. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including:

• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Payment processors
• Identity verification services
• Analytics providers
• Communication providers
• AI service providers
• Talentlo is not responsible for third-party services, products, or content.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talentlo disclaims all warranties, including:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy
• Reliability
• Availability
• Talentlo does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Talentlo Global Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from use of the Platform.

The Company's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Talentlo during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talentlo Global Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Violation of these Terms

• Violation of third-party rights
• Illegal activities conducted through the Platform

19. Suspension and Termination

Talentlo may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time if:

• These Terms are violated
• Fraudulent activity is detected

• Platform misuse occurs
• Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

20. Changes to Terms

Talentlo may update these Terms periodically.

Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

22. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations.

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Proceedings shall be conducted in English.

Courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over matters not subject to arbitration.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
